About Celina
Celina Perez founded her consulting practice in 2019 with a clear purpose: make professional consulting accessible to the organizations doing the hardest work in our communities. Holding a Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management and committed to lifelong learning, she brings both academic rigor and real-world experience to every engagement.
Her work spans nonprofit development, community engagement, compliance management, organizational strategy, public-private partnerships, and project implementation — with a particular dedication to serving veterans, grassroots organizations, and communities navigating systemic barriers.
Celina has served as a Community Ambassador for California Forever, Community Engagement Specialist for Site Labs, and provided general management support for Miami The Most. She also brings experience in cannabis industry consulting and assists individuals seeking record expungement and second-chance opportunities.
